I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. "Excellent staff service! They provided plenty of amenities for kids (toothbrushes, kids' clothes and slippers for onsen, hairbrushes, etc) We love the real-time update on the TV in the room, it lets you see the crowd status at the Onsen, Restaurant and Laundry Room. It is a 5min walk to Oita train station. Within the station, there are plenty of shops for food/ shopping/ souvenirs and fun - though we spent most of our money on those goddamn claw machines."
