Unwind in Ojai at this lovely private attached house which is a half mile walk to the heart of Ojai. This wonderful property features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a pleasant living room with an additional queen bed and TV. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials. Guests can enjoy the excellent amenities such as AC, heating, throughout and more. Our guest house is equipped for a 1 month stay to make your holiday one to remember. There is a functional kitchen with refrigerator, stove, Keurig coffeemaker, cookware and serving accessories. The property has a private yard and pets are permitted on a case by case basis with additional fee and damage deposit. A ping-pong table is available in the yard for your enjoyment. The City of Ojai requires a 30 day minimum stay. We request tenants to sign a lease for the requested term and be verified through a third party such as Apply Connect prior to approval for rental of 30 days or more. Thank you.
