"スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。写真の感じだとまあ古いんだろうなとは思っていましたが想像以上に汚くてびっくりしました笑壁紙も汚く、エアコン、冷蔵庫もカビだらけシャワーも弱く換気扇が切れないようになっているのでずっとうるさいです。アメニティ、シャンプーは持ち込みおすすめします。他のお部屋はわからないので一概には言えませんが、スタッフさんの対応が良いのでお部屋のクオリティさえ良くなればリピートしたいです。 "

"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good.
