Excellent Hotel with great onsen

Amazing hotel with great room and amenities. The gym could be improved though. It was extremely small with barely any equipements and no weights. Very good onsen as well. Overall, excellent and will stay again when I am back in Okinawa.

Fabulous stay, room was upgraded on arrival. Excellent room with all the amenities ,thoroughly enjoyed my stay here she would like to return . Loved the spa . Great friendly and helpful staff . A fantastic stay it made my Christmas . 10 minute walk to subway and beach .

It was nice to sit on the balcony and overlook the waterway. The staff was second to none. There is an on sight 7/11 which was very convenient. There was an ATM machine too. Only negative side is they do not have a currency changer that I know of. There is one at a nearby hotel.

Absolutely beautiful. We stayed on the bay side and spent time on the balcony enjoying the weather and view. The room was extremely clean. The restroom had a bidet with a controller in Japanese that took a little to understand but well worth learning. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable with plenty of choices. Dinner buffet was a little pricey for the choices but still convenient. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous Christmas spent here

Fabulous stay , I enjoyed this part of the trip the most . The hotel allowed early check in and upgraded my room . The room was fabulous, spacious and has everything I needed. The onsen was free with my trip and was fabulous . I had a great Christmas here . It was quiet in the tenth floor . Hotel is in a good location , fabulous staff , I couldn’t have asked for a better stay . Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying here . Nice little gym and pool and convenient shop on the premises was truly fantastic .

Need more lounge chairs at the pool.

It was a good stay. As a VIP member of hotels.com, we got an upgrade. One issue really didn't affect us because we were able to get lounge chairs at the pool. I was surprised they only had six lounge chairs at the pool. There were plenty of straight-back chairs, but they wouldn't be comfortable to sit on for a long time. I suggest the hotel at least double the number.
