ESA are not service animals & follow pet rules. Service animals welcome but must be declared at booking & answer: 1) Is it required for a disability? 2) What work or task is it trained to perform? Pet stays over 5 nights require written approval & higher deposit. Unapproved pets/service animals will result in cancellation without refund.

This is a vintage home with signs of age and modest amenities—ideal if you value savings over luxury. You may hear neighboring dogs or other guests. Backyard access is not available. There is a second unit behind this house.
