Midtown OKC

Truly enjoyed my stay at this property. Location was good and close to a myriad of activities and restaurants. My only recommendation is to lower the tub wall, which was extremely high for me and made it difficult to get into and out of the shower.

Rented this loft to visit with my son who is stationed at Ft. Sill. It was the perfect little place for my daughter and I to explore the city with him. Would recommend.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

We just spent a couple days at The Sieber Historic Residence Building. Our vacation rental/apartment was a clean, comfortable and convenient location. Initially, we had some difficulty understanding directions on how to enter building and the parking situation but this was resolved. Plenty of fluffy towels in the bathroom but only 2 wash cloths. Bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed our stay and the apartment met our needs. Thank-you!

Amazing wedding weekend .

Rented this loft apt for daughter and fiancé for there weekend wedding at OKC Arts museum . They absolutely loved the location and the apt was so clean and had everything they needed . Plenty of space for bridesmaids to get ready on Saturday before wedding and just a short drive to downtown . This is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway .

Great place new downtown OKC!

The property was just as advertised. Very nice inside, perfectly clean, nice towels, fast internet, etc. $4 Uber and you are in the heart of downtown plus quick access to major highways. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful loft in an excellent area!

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a basketball game. It's a great location and everyone we meet there was so nice and helpful. We walked around downtown and the whole area felt very safe. We plan on coming back next year for a vacation because we had such a wonderful experience this time!

Oklahoma City Gem

The place was absolutely immaculate. The little touches from food and water in the refrigerator to the spectacular decor made my visit comfortable. I had a little trouble understanding all the parking directions and location. However, I would certainly stay here again.

Great location and very nice staff

on first arriving we were met by two of the maintenance staff and were given a welcome and a general overview of how to use the security gates and how to use the keys and advice on the apartment. I was pleased to see how well kept it was and the staff interest in keeping it that way. Our visit was great and even if the weather wasn't great (Christmas holiday) we had a wonderful visit with our daughter and my niece and her husband. The bed was great and so was the layout of the apt. We had our Christmas dinner in the apt. and it was so nice to stay cozy, warm and dry , we certainly will come back again . We were there to see our daughter so we did not spend a great deal of time going out, but that is what made the place so nice to just settle in for a long winters night!!

This is a great property.

The property is very nice. It is beautifully appointed, and well equipped. Everything is in excellent condition. The location is great for walking to local restaurants etc., and is great for downtown museums, etc. The description of the property on VRBO was excellent. Overall really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay again when in the are.

Little Gem in OKC

I am so glad to have found this stay. Beautifully decorated loft which sits super close to local eateries (Waffle Champion was so yummy!). The owner was very attentive and kind. You will not be disappointed. Will stay again! Thank you again Michale.

Couldn't have been better !!

This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and very well located relative to OKC sites (restaurants, downtown, museums, historic homes...etc). Great restaurants nearby. Safe, walkable neighborhood. Quiet streets. Close to Paseo Arts District, Uptown, International district. City bike rack nearby. Very functional kitchen. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to OKC.

Perfect in every way!

The property is exactly as advertised. It's clean, full of charm, features, luxuries, and the neighborhood is great for getting out on foot. You can't miss by going to Bleu Garten for some food truck fare, or keep going south and you'll hit Element Roasters for some out of this world coffee. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Okc!

Blown Away

This newly rennovated loft was incredible. My wife, my son, and myself felt right at home. It was extremely clean and classy. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, orange juice, breakfast foods, dishes, and condiments. You're within a city block of 1492, one of the best latin places I've eaten. Also, just minutes from Bricktown and other atttractions. I would highly recommend this place to a friend!

a great host, we enjoyed the history of the bldg.

will stay again and recommend. it was clean and well maintained. was completely supplied for the kitchen and bath. we cane ti visit friends and relax. the king bed was super comfortable.

Awesome!

It was great! Lovely loft. Very comfortable. Close to all the nice places to walk around in the city and all good places to eat. The owner, Michela was very helpful and friendly. The "handbook" was very through and helpful to navigate around the city. Overall, a great experience!
