Everything was fantastik! Perfekt condition of the house and the location next to many swimming spots. Close to nice restaurant and Ribola store. Taxi was easy to get and busstop close. The host of the house was so friendly and they made our stay to something extra! They where really nice and helpful!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Mustra.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Mustra. It truly is an idea place if you are looking for a quite location surrounded by gorgeous nature and hidden private beaches walking distance from the house. The historic town of Trogir is an easy 15min car ride with two nice public parking locations right next to the city. We went into town twice, once for my husbands birthday and second to explore and grab pizza/drinks. Otherwise, we were at the house and beaches right next to it. The home has it all - we especially loved the outdoor grill that was used 5 nights and spectacular views (multiple balconies facing water will not disappoint). Kids loved the pool and hot-tub as well as a billiard room located on the lower level. Hosts were lovely and ensured we had everything we needed and gave us lovely restaurant recommendations for both Trogir and Split. I will be looking to book this home again. This time around 10 of us stayed but honestly house can sleep 12 comfortably. One last thing, pictures do not lie - what you see is what we had. We are back in the States and I am missing my morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Thank you Mladena for opening the home for us and being a lovely host. We did explore near by islands one day by renting a boat - easy to do from our location.

Das Haus ist Top eingerichtet und ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Bis zum Mehr sind es nur wenige Meter, allerdings gibt es keinen Strand nur Felsige Zuhänge zum Wasser. Das Haus steht zwar am Meer aber sonst gibt es nichts in der Nähe, Spazieren gehen gestaltet sich schwierig. Kleine Einkäufe kann man mit dem Rad erledigen, welches bereits steht, sonst ist man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen. Täglich ist die Vermieterin da und erledigt unterschiedliche Sachen, Pool reinigen usw.Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Erst einmal ein großes Dankeschön, an die tollen Hausbesitzer.

Erst einmal ein großes Dankeschön, an die tollen Hausbesitzer. Wir waren 12 Tage im Juli 2023 in diesem wunderbaren Haus und wurden sehr liebevoll betreut und umsorgt. Das Haus hat alles was man sich für einen Traumurlaub wünscht. Besonders gefiel uns die Lage, die Ausstattung und der Blick aufs Meer, welches sich ausnahmslos von den Balkonen des Hauses genießen lässt. Wir Waren mit 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kindern im Alter von 3-13 dort. Es war traumhaft. Der Pool liegt bis Nachmittags in der Sonne. Allerdings gibt es einen Sonnenschirm, den man als Sonnenpause gut nutzen kann. Der Whirlpool hat sich auch im Sommer bezahlt gemacht, da er Abends eine wohltuende Entspannung bot. (Wichtig, abends wieder zu klappen. Denn sonst landet dort Dreck von den Bäumen drin). Das Haus hat eine Hauptebene mit drei Schlafzimmern. Hier finden 6 Personen ihren Platz. zu JEDEM Zimmer gehört ein eignes Badezimmer. (wunderbar)! Außerdem gibt es auch noch einen kleinen Raum mit einem Schlafsofa. (Dort könnten noch zwei Kinder oder ein Erwachsener schlafen). Dann gibt es eine "Einliegerwohnung" unter der Hauptwohnung. Dort würden 4 Personen Platz finden in zwei großen Doppelbetten. Beide Wohnungen sind super Ausgestattet. Sie sind allerdings nicht miteinander verbunden. Wir haben uns allerdings bis abends alle problemlos in der Hauptwohnung aufgehalten. Besonders gut war, dass das Haus wunderbar Klimatisiert war. Wir hatten zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, dass die Klimaanlage zu stark oder zu schwach war. Sie stellt sich selbst ab, wenn die Tür zu lang auf ist um Strom zu sparen, deswegen musste man sie ab und an wieder anstellen. Allerdings nach gefühlten zwei Minuten war alles wieder wunderbar klimatisiert und die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren der Hammer und auch der Pinienwald direkt vor der Haustür bot abends durch die zirpenden Grillen einen wunderbaren Südländischen Flair. Die Hausbesitzer kamen meistens morgens um die Blumen zu gießen oder die Abgefallenen Nadeln der Bäume weg zu fegen. Unteranderem wurde regelmäßig die Bettwäsche getauscht und Frische Handtücher gebracht. Alles organisiert durch die Hausbesitzer. Die Besitzerin konnte man zu jeder Tageszeit über WhatsApp erreichen. Wunderbar, so lieben wir das. Wenn man eine besondere Privatsphäre wünscht sollte man dies vorher mit der Hausbesitzerin kommunizieren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gab es auch in der Nähe. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Eines hat uns sehr beeindruckt und zwar die Verarbeitung des Hauses. Die Fassade, Die Bäder und auch die Fliesen im Haus. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern, wäre eine Absperrung um den Pool "Gold wert" oder eine Abdeckung des Pools. Man hätte dann nicht die Sorge, dass ein Kind ausversehen hineinfällt. Beim Grill, liegt wenn nur Eierkohle, mit der es uns nicht möglich war zu Grillen. Deswegen sollte man sich am besten eigene Kohle besorgen. Die Steile Treppe von der Einfahrt bis zum Pool hoch, würden wir empfehlen ein Geländer an zu bringen, da die letzte Stufe leider höher ist als alle anderen kann man schon mal ins stolpern kommen. Aber wenn man es weiß, kann man sich drauf einstellen. Wir sind sehr sehr Dankbar für diese tolle Zeit in diesem tollen Haus und würden JEDER Zeit wieder kommen.
