Apartment KARLA (4+1) Villa Tanja, nalazi se u lijepoj kući, pogodnoj za obitelji s djecom i male grupe do pet osoba, kao i pojedince.
Villa Tanja smještena je u Okrugu Gornjem na otoku Čiovu, u neposrednoj blizini mora, na mirnoj lokaciji, manje od pet minuta hoda do plaže. Plaža je uglavnom šljunkovita, duga 2.km. i proteže oko cijele uvale.

NOVOST: Villa Tanja svojim gostima nudi privatni bazen ispred kuće i hidromasažni Jacuzzi.
Istočni dio dvorišta je uređen i opremljen sadržajima samo za goste, uključujući veliki naš adut veliki roštilj sa stolovima za serviranje hrane za 10 osoba.

Luksuzni apartman KRALA (4+1) ima površinu 100 m2 i zauzima cijeli prvi kat kuće. Ima dvije prostrane terase, sa pogledom na more i okolicu.
Apartman Karla ima dvije spavaće sobe, obiteljsku kupaonicu, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak, Uređen je moderno, opremljen svim sadržajima. za ugodan i komforan boravak.
Svi prozori i vrata imaju rolete za zaštitu od svijetla i sunca kao i mreže protiv komaraca. Terase su opremljene namještajem i dozvoljeno je pušenje.
Kupatilo je opremljeno perilicom rublja a kuhinja perilicom suđa. Apartman Carla ima kompletnu opremu potrebnu za ugodan odmor., uključujući male kućanskim aparate, posuđe za kvalitetno kuhanje i čuvanje hrane.

Villa Tanja ispred kuće ima vlastito parkiralište za svoje goste.

Plaža je udaljena samo nekoliko minuta pješke. Na plaži ima veliki broj barova i restorana, marketa , ležaljke za sunčanje, tuševi i drugo.

U špici sezone povećan je promet automobila, alternativno možete koristiti redovite linije malih brodova za odlazak u Trogir koji se nalazi na 4. km i Split 35 km.
Naši favoriti za vaš lijep i ugodan odmor je, na maloj udaljenosti čisto plavo more i plaža.

Posebno izdvajamo dio prostora, uređen samo za goste, bazen, Jacuzzi, te veliki grill s prostorom za sjedenje, dizajniran i opremljen za odmor, rekreaciju za posluživanje hrane i druženje 10. osoba.

"Moram spomenuti da u 12. godina rada u turizmu, imala sam samo jednu negativnu recenziju. Grupa simpatičnih mladih ljudi, možda je bila malo preglasna iza ponoći, a to susjedi i gosti nisu tolerirali. Žao mi je, bila je to prekrasna grupa.

Excellent Stay / wonderful place

odličan boravak. Tanya je super. stigli smo kasno nakon dugog boravka, a ona nas je dočekala s ribom na žaru 😎 Apartman sa svoje 3 vrlo ugodne terase i vanjskim prostorom s jacuzzijem, bazenom i ljetnom kuhinjom, lokacija je sjajna. 5 minuta hoda od male uvale plaže u podnožju vile. Unajmili smo čamac neposredno ispod vile i proveli 1 dan na moru posjećujući otoke. Split također morate posjetiti. Ukratko, proveli smo prekrasnih 5 dana i sigurno ćemo se vratiti. Hvala vam puno Tanya i veselimo se što ćemo vam poželjeti dobrodošlicu u Francusku excellent stay. Tanya is great. we arrived late after a long stay and she welcomed us with a grilled fish 😎 Apartment with its 3 very pleasant terraces and outdoor space with jacuzzi swimming pool and summer kitchen just great The location is great. 5 minutes walk from the small beaches coves at the bottom of the villa. We rented a boat directly at the bottom of the villa and spent 1 day at sea to visit the islands. Split is also an absolute must-see. In short, we spent 5 wonderful days we will come back for sure. Thank you very much Tanya and we look forward to welcoming you to France
