The elevator was out. The rooms are outdated. The room had 2 portable AC units, one in a window and the other on casters. Very strange for a room in a higher price range.

Excellent Stay
This isn’t a new hotel, but it was very clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was also good. I would stay here again.

Fire alarm went off at 1am and again at 2 am. Also the hotel was damaged last new years by flooding and carpet still is not complete reinstalled.

Weekend Stay
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It looks like they are in the middle of a remodel but it was still very quiet and they were respectful of guests. I would definitely stay here again!

Teresa and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job getting the rooms ready for the swifties in town for the concert. We arrived for concert #2, and the first concert goers partied all night and were late checking out. Thanks For a great stay! Delicious breakfast too!

The staff was attentive and always spoke with respect. Although the hotel was under repairs due to a recent flood, the rooms were beautiful and well maintained.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is run down…seems like new hallways, but the rooms are pretty bad. Could be nice if they fixed all the other rooms

We had a long drive and were so tired. The front desk staff was kind, courteous, personable, friendly, and efficient throughout the checkin process. By the time I got my room keys, I was laughing so much that I forgot how exhausted I was. One of the best checkin experiences I have ever had.

Amazing staff in a crummy hotel
The staff is incredible. All of them were so kind and helpful - including the maintenance man who had to change our broken lock at 9pm on a Friday. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was so rundown and not in good condition. Not worth the price when there are several nicer hotels in the area
