The front desk staff lady was so rude to us. My grandparents were denied breakfast because according to the lady their names were not on the reservation . I explained to her that everyones name does not have to be on a reservation as it is never asked by any hotel , only the person reserving and the credit card name to match the room is required. which is reserved under me and my name but they were staying with me. We were there for my daughter’s dance competition . Just because my grandparents didn’t walk in with us and arrived an hour later they were told they could not eat . So unprofessional to do that in front of everyone eating breakfast . Even other hotels guest stood up and was so appalled and bothered by the staff ladies actions and to deny my grandparents. She told my grandparents that they could not eat any breakfast during the stay because of it . We reserved 3 days there. I’ve never seen that in my life and would never stay there again. Management was told about the situation but did not reply in the proper manner and nothing was done.

Guests who stay with us , of course they were entitled to have breakfast. All guest are fully aware of that.Whoever walks in and visit their relative here, I am sorry, they can not enter our breakfast room but they can visit them in their guest room. Hampton Inn Old Bridge Hotel

Our stay was very unnerving. I had my grandson (10yrs old) and his friend with me for a basketball tournament and Sat about 2am there was a shooting about 6 doors down from us. Very scary situation

The night we stayed there was a shooting and multiple stabbings. My daughter and I did not sleep at all. We left and didn’t even get breakfast. We were terrified and no one from the hotel informed us of what was happening, if the area was secure or even to ask if we were ok. I would like to be refunded and not remember this night ever again. We literally woke up to gunshots at 2 in the morning

Bed not to standards of Hampton/Hilton. Pillows not good as well. Bathroom dirty, floors/carpet dirty. For a new hotel, poor shape. Staff friendly and helpful.

I love hamptons and this one being newer or remodeled I figured would be amazing. The staff when I checked in and checked out were amazing and friendly. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. BUT the room was not really clean. Old rice on the floor, hair in the shower, hair and yuckies along the headboard bed area and lovely boogers on the backrest of the bed. Soooo I can’t really rate this one too great. The rest of the hotel was clean and pretty and the room while pretty and updated had the yuck factor.

Our room was very noisy from traffic. Guest upstairs was very loud. When the hotel is not busy they should not put guests next to each other or above one another.

Almost a perfect stay
I think overall our stay was good except for the last night when the window shade fell down on my wife. The manager wasn't concentered about it at all and said " oh just an accident". She wasn't hurt but he didn't offer an apology or even a bottle of water to say sorry.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Signs everywhere said housekeeping comes every other day. I was there for 5 days, housekeeping never came, even after a formal request at the front desk. The manager was awful and mean, the night front desk staff were rude. 5 days and I never saw a single housekeeper in the entire 4 floor hotel.

Checked in in the middle of the night. The parking lot was very well lit, staff was very polite, bed was amazingly comfortable, rooms were clean and spacious. The morning breakfast had nice variety. Will visit again.
