As far as customer service goes, we asked for an extra blanket and were told they were out of them in a very rude tone like the employee was just exhausted and had been asked too many questions. When we went to check out (assumingly the manager) was literally YELLING at an employee telling them how terrible they were and how they keep making mistakes. HUGE turn off for...

「The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

「The property is GORGEOUS! The exterior grounds are immaculate and well-manicured. The juniper trees everywhere were lovely. The property is so much more expansive than I could have imagined. I believe they said 1800 acres when we checked in. The great part of that is there are lots of places to spread out and enjoy. The downside is that in order to enjoy all the amenities, (the gym, sauna, infinity pool, indoor pool, etc.) you have to drive to different parts of the property. On-site restaurants...
