“The space looks great, and the overall ambience is very good. The staff were kind and respectful. However, the property needs to have better amenities -
1. We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best)
2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time
3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you……

“The place is not worth the money. Their website photographs and actual state is very very different. The linen are with holes. Bathroom is stained bcos of hard water. Hot water is not available early in the morning. Room doesn't have coffee kettle set. I had to ask and then got a kettle without tea coffee sachets. Overall keep this as your last option. ”

“Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. We booked a suite, by far the most expensive accommodation in the area, and could not have anticipated that we would spend the first night in a room filled with bugs, 2 of the 3 days without any running water and no hot water for the entire stay.

“Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort……
