「This is a nice hotel with good size room. All the staff were polte and helpfull. There is a nice swimming pool and hotel provides complimentary tee / cofee and biscuits in the afternoon which is a nice touch. The only negative is that the area approaching the hotel is very run down so go from a poor area to nice area within the hotel boundary which is a bit unfortunate. We would be more than happy to stay at the hotel agaim.」

「The space looks great, and the overall ambience is very good. The staff were kind and respectful. However, the property needs to have better amenities - 1. We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best) 2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time 3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you...

「主要な施設にアクセスしやすいロケーションでよかったです。 窓は廊下に面した所にあるだけで、実質、窓がないのと同じ。照明を点けないと部屋は真っ暗で、家具等のメンテナンスがなされていません。部屋にはFlat-headed wood beetleがベッドや、テーブルの上に沢山いて不快でした。枕に匂いがあり、清潔感に欠けていました。 シャワーヘッドは使えましたが、シャワーを浴びている時に、電力が落ちて、突然停電になり、濡れたまま10分待つことになりました。 リゾート地なので仕方ないのでしょうか。全体的にあまり快適とは言えませんでした。」

「Would have given excellent all round if they werent upgrading the a/c dining room which meant meals were served in the outdoor cafe which was full of flies. They did their best and gave us room service. Pool was excellent」

「Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...
