「Nice breakfast area but should extend weekend hours to at least 20am. Everything else I would rate as average but suited our needs for the reason of our visit」

「There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money」

「Son tres elevadores y sólo funcionaba uno y tardan horror en subir y bajar además que también es utilizado por el servicio y como todos quieren bajar al desayuno incluido se junta mucho la gente y es mucho la espera sobre todo para la gente de la tercera edad.」

「A scorpion appeared in the bathroom. The staff helped me changed my room, which is good. But my sleep was interrupted and had a generally horrible night. I am very tired the next day, and the staff did not provide any compensation at all.」

「The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎」

「We had such a great stay, property was spotless, room as well. No issues with staff nor fellow travelers. Microwave and refrigerator in room worked.」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」
