The new owners have done some lovely updates around this place. The young man working the front desk was super helpful as well. Just a short walk to downtown and the amusement park.

The staff on site, Faruk and James were very helpful and kind. My room was clean, and stocked with everything I needed to enjoy stay. Bonus, they now have a pool on site.

Had a decent time during our stay, staff was excellent in having us do the check in process remotely as we couldn’t make it in before the office closed, really don’t have any bad to say other than that it was wicked noisy and we didn’t get a ton of sleep because of the nearby bars etc but decent for the price.the parking was a nightmare though.

The big plus is how close it is to the beach. There’s also the pool that can be used now that it’s the same owner as the neibhoring motel. But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay. If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice.

Incredibly great location just steps away from the beach, nice and helpful staff but the actual room leaves a lot to be desired. Beds were stiff and creaky & door was jammed so it made a loud scratch when opening. Just what I expected for the price.

The room was not very clean, like a deep cleaning hadn't been done in a long time. Luckily, the location is so convenient, with a very short walk to the pier or beach, that it made up for the room itself, as well as the ample parking in front and in back of the property. There were no curtains in my room, only poorly working blinds, so the sun came right in first thing in the morning.

I did not get the right room. Try to get a better room. They would not accommodate me, climbed into bed and there was all kinds of sand in the bed. Railroad tracks are right behind your room, and the room was just old and dirt very much overpriced, for what you get.
