渥太華舊渥太華東酒店住宿推介

「All around good」

「寬敞舒適」

「It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. Next, when we came back to the hotel at night time and prepare to take a bath, there was no hot water supply in the entire hotel, we called the service hotline...

「clean, good location」

「出行方便，工作人员服务热情」

「Stayed for about 3 weeks. Great location, comfortable suites. House keeping lady Ingrid was super nice and considerate. She did great job.」

「A lot of restaurants. 」

「Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent room and bed!!!」

「Pour nous, tout était parfait ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé la disposition des lits dans la chambre. Cependant, nous avons trouvé que 86,75 $ pour 2 jours dans le stationnement était dispendieux.」

「I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options...

「The service desk manager Harshit provides excellent service and help when we arrived late which makes our trip wonderful . Will definitely stay in this hotel again . Absolutely highly recommend」
