The staff was amazing! This boutique style hotel doesn’t miss a thing. There are so many small things to help you feel like you are a VIP. Nightly notes, tea or chocolate just add to the experience. Highly recommend!

A joyful stay while in Quebec old city
I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels.
