Suwannee River Cypress Cabin Getaway

Come enjoy Florida’s historic Suwannee River in a cypress cabin deep in the woods. Easy access to Otter Springs, Hart Springs, Fanning Springs, and Manatee Springs, and borders the Log Landing Wildlife Management Area popular for hiking and hunting. The Dakota Winery in Chiefland is less than a 30min trip away, Bob’s River Place is less than ten minutes. Unbeatable view from the back porch! Very peaceful. Unplug and enjoy the surroundings.

Note: This is a rural efficiency cabin, there is no WiFi or television (there is DVD/BluRay). It is meant to be a respite, not a resort. Please read amenities and instructions list carefully. Thanks and happy booking!

Very helpful and resonsive owner on local spots to check out. I liked the open space plan of the cabin. Once the dock ,dock water area , and fire pit are repaired it will be a premium rental.

Great getaway on the river!
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in the cabin. It is very clean inside and out, communication with the owner was fantastic and the property is beautiful. We would definitely rent it again!

Peaceful Getaway
There is nooooo Wi-Fi nor cell service ! This is ok because it was a way for us to unplug from the world . I’d highly recommend downloading the area on Google maps on your phone so you can navigate .The view of the river was breathtaking and it was nice sitting outside at night able to see the stars. This definitely is old Florida . Very beautiful. Will definitely come back.

Perfect cabin on the river!
We absolutely adored this cabin. The view of the river was stunning and the cabin was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. There’s no internet but our Verizon cell service worked most of the time! We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and front porch with the rocking chairs. We will definitely be returning in the future!
