「The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. 」

「Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.」

Then I called them before I even came to get the prices for the Spa and they said that the person was not there that day. To me to call back. 「Stay away from this place !!!! I feel like I was robbed and I know I was scammed by the girl that was working there! She had a sign on the counter saying Cash Only which I paid! When we got to the room and realized that the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dirty we went back to the office and said we wanted our money back because we couldn’t sleep on the bed and she smirked and said it doesn’t work that way just because we didn’t like the bed and refused to give us the money!!! 「The employees are super friendly and helpful. The conditions are overall good but the facilities need touch up on walls, doors, and other surfaces that are dirty and have handprints.The place has recently been worked on as evidenced by new floors in the units I stayed in and those I was able to see. The cleaning of the units seems to be good overall. 」

「Easy parking. Friendly staff. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms. The 1st kingsize bad was great. But when we changed rooms the queen size bed sagged in the middle.」

「This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.」

「Great place to stay!!!! What a view!!! Dolphin's stayed out front pretty much all the time, during high tide. Great place for bike riding. Really enjoyed this place.」
