"Staff were great- The men who help with rides around the property were great! Was disappointed with them closing the slides and lazy river for 40ish min to check chemicals in the middle of the day without any notice or heads up- so all the people (long line) for the slides got turned away which really sucked then when we went back a little later there was no tubes to get in lazy river and got kicked out while waiting for one. and not that its on staff but sucked our room smelled like weed- must have other ppl staying there close by us so we couldnt enjoy leaving the doors open and having to explain to my kids why it smelled also kinda sucked-"

"Dominic, one of the staff members, was friendly, personable, and welcoming. My friend and I are both deaf, and Dominic knew basic fingerspelling, which he used to communicate with us. He also used gestures, and we really appreciated his effort to make us feel comfortable. We were satisfied with our room, except that the mattresses on both beds were too soft. I think they should be replaced soon. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Customer service was great. The hotel is in a good walkable location. The Fashion Mall with high end shopping is about a 7 minute Uber ride away. There are bars within walking distance of the hotel. There’s a popular restaurant on site, if you want to eat there plan ahead, but there are other restaurants in the area as well."

"Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful decor. Great location. Downside, the housekeeping team did a terrible job of serviceing our room, the floors were not swept and and shower and surface tops were not cleaned. Seems like only the bed was made, towels replaced and toilet cleaned."
