“I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. “Excellent customer check-in. People seem to genuinely enjoy working here - and for a holiday weekend that's saying something! Parking was easy. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early - like 12 noon - I get it), the front office lady checked us in, welcomed us, gave us our parking pass, explained that we could access all the amenities (exercise room, pool, etc.). I like that the pool has designated adult swim times (2 hours in morning; 2 hours in evening), so it's not overrun……

“Where do I start, this hotel has everything you need, it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, a beautiful ocean view and it has so many restaurants close by. I highly recommend this hotel. The view was beautiful and the best part was I seen dolphins from my window, it was the coolest thing to see. The staff were amazing. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. ”

“Great last minute stay. They were so friendly, accommodating, and the place was great. We had our doggie with us, she loved hanging on the balcony looking at the beach. We could walk right out to the beach, the showers were right there and the volley ball as well. The bar was amazing! Best martini!!! Our teenage son had an amazing time riding his bike to all of the shops that were so close by. Ice cream right across the street, amazing coffee less than a block away. ”

“Excellent ...wish I was staying longer. I will go back. A block from the beach and in the middle of everything VA Beach has to offer. I arrived early, but the staff/owner was extremely friendly and made the utmost effort to ensure everything was to my liking. The room was huge and would have been great for an extended stay, as it had everything you could want or need. The pool was very clean and was popular with all the guests. Plenty of parking.
