「Great hotel to stay at, had a hot tub, which was fantastic. It was a very busy weekend and did not like how parents let their very little children. Use the hot tub as a pool. Well, I love that they provide breakfast and dinner, the dinner is lacking in quality. Overall upstanding value for the money. Definitely would stay again. They do not have any recycling facilities though. That was disappointing.」

「The Canopy Hotel was exquisite in interior design. The amenities provided were excellent. The onsite restaurant - Fine & Fettle had delicious, convenient breakfast options. I appreciated the availability of filtered water in glass jars to fill during my stay. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful but sometimes difficult to reach in person after peak hours. Without a bell or any indicator to inform the front desk, we were left standing and waiting for service. The parking garage is atrocious!...

「It appears shuttle service has been an issue as per previous reviews. PLEASE BE ADVISED: there IS shuttle service to and from the airport BUT you MUST CALL FOR IT upon arrival. This isn’t mentioned anywhere. We had difficulties initially getting phone service, but once we reached the hotel, the STAFF were excellent.! The shuttle arrived within 25 minutes of our request (unfortunately, it took us over an hour to figure this out!) Shuttle service even drove us to the restaurant of our choice...
