「The views from this hotel are hard to beat. That being said, that is the only thing i would give 5 stars. The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. The upholstery in the dining areas, the curtains, the seating in the lobby ALL had massive stains on them and was so gross looking. There is a smell they are trying to pump through the lobby but it is...

「Property is somewhat outdated however our room was clean, the staff was friendly, plenty of parking. 」

「The staff was on top of it, from check in to check out. I didn't need new towels or anything during our stay, but the kids left a mess on the floor from changing out of bathing suits. Housekeeping was more than happy to assist in vacuuming up our room while we were there.」

「Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.」

「Breakfast place dirty, chaotic, poor service, fast food-style. Not what I expected for this class of resort, opted to eat outside of the property. My suite was well- appointed, but pull out sofa bed had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. 」

「We received a call at approximately 9:36 stating that we were creating too much noise. We had a special needs child with and I can’t imagine we were being overly loud. Quiet time starts at 10 Pm as posted. We were located on the third floor and indicated we had a child with us. I travel to Beaufort once a month on business and will be looking for other options for lodging.」
