“First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer……

“We rented this home for a small corporate offsite and were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The home is spectacular, both inside and outside. We truly felt we were tucked away in a private villa. We cooked all our meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. We went to the suggested spa nearby (Tranquility Den) and had fabulous massages as well. This home is truly special, and communication with the host was fast and……

“Upon arrival, the property looked like what was pictured. Once we settled in, we found an open, empty condom wrapper on one of the room’s bed. In the other room, there were multiple spiders lining the baseboards. On the surface, all of the spaces seemed clean, but the windows and window sills were dirty/falling apart. There is also no air conditioning in the common areas, only the bedrooms.”
