The hotel was nice, but the negative outweighed the good. Room was clean and everything worked. Took a little while to get hot water in the shower, but no big deal. The was 0 maid service over the course of my 5 day stay which i found annoying because cheaper hotels I've stayed at during COVID still had at least 1 maid service during a 5 day stay. The breakfast was horrible. Two options. Granny smith apples which are best for baking and banana nut muffins for 5 days straight. Seriously? I also suspect the apples were the the same ones all week. I made a point to see if anyone was taking them and i didn't see anyone go for the naturally sour apples. There are two elevators and only 1 was working all week. I know because i purposely tried calling the other elevator and it never moved. Are they trying to save money on electric costs or did they not want to pay for repairs? The 1 elevator wasn't critically inconvenient but my 3rd floor room would have seemed like a mountain climb after a long day at work if i had to use the stairs. The hotel was attached to a Ruby Tuesday which was nice but for some odd reason access to the restaurant from the hotel was always locked. Security was good, but why was the front entrance the only door that was in service? The side doors to the stairwells were locked and a sign stated the front entrance must be used. I don't understand the reasoning behind that unless there has been issues with crime.
