New kitchen with vitroceramic cooktop, microwave oven and refrigerator.
New bathroom with bath.
Big balcony with a nice view of the mountains
Washing and drying machine inside the building. Cellar also included.
Available from Jan 2 for 11 months maximum and 7 months minimum, 900CHF/month.
Alternatively, from Jan 2 till May 2 for 1100CHF/month (4 months minimum) and if you need it more, 600CHF/month after May till August.
Charges included in the above price.
Swisscom Internet, Swisscom TV, cable TV, and electricity are also included.
