“We had so much fun during our short time at the house! Everything was just a short drive away from food to other activities. We spent majority of our time at the island which was just a short 25-30 minute drive. Overall our experience was 10/10 and definitely will book again!”

Communication with the hosts were in a timely manner and took care of pool heater and any other requests. Location was very close to anywhere we wanted to go and just a few blocks to the bridge to Padre Island. WE recommend this place. ”

“I have been to this property twice, because it was convenient getting to parade. Everything is close and house is comfortable. Our individuals have special needs, so we were sorry to see we might have to look for another place next year. ”

“Cleanliness was disappointing the owner did send someone right away but the cleaning was just not good. We were not able to use some amenities and were not told they wouldn't be available. Other than that owner was friendly and quick to try and resolvethe matter.”

“The house was nice itself but it does need updates. There was an odor with the washing machine, the hot tub did not heat, there was food crumbs on the couch closest the kitchen and someone has clipped there finger nails and left them sitting on the tabke in the living room and were roaches in the hallway by the door. We did not stay both nights, we actually stayed the first night and then left early the day before checkout. ”

Deck is great and the two kayaks were really .A well stocked kitchen and towels Nice living area ,great for watching world series Only issue which doesn't reflect the property is that there is major water and sewer line construction. One day it was difficult to get to rental”
