“Absolutely wonderful location. Beautiful pools, private jacuzzi tub, great restaurant, and well maintained grounds. They also have an organic farm and game preserve which supplies their dining program. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine. They called and reserved a taxi at the time of our check in for when we departed (the driver was also incredibly kind). The restaurant staff was kind and helpful at dinner and their continental breakfast exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this……

“This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!”

“1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. Hotel garden is exactly the same as the pictures shown on the website. Very relax and beautiful landscape. 3. Spacious room, very big. After our stay in Venice, this seems a different world. 4. “If I could give this hotel a 10 !!! out of 5 for beauty, I would. The property is stunning, the room was lovely, the views were incredible everywhere you looked, the pool was serene, the restaurant terrace was gorgeous …everything. With such a magical setting and so much beauty everywhere you looked, it was surprising to feel a bit off. This was not just us, several of the guests were upset about the quality of service. There is no anticipation of needs by the staff, no feeling that they are……
