House "Erikstorp Villan", renovated in 2016. 7 km from the centre of Olofström, 15 km from the centre of Mörrum, 26 km from the centre of Karlshamn, in a secluded position, 150 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat. 300 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop 6.9 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 26 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 160 km, sandy beach 2.5 km, grass beach 150 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].

Bright, renovated in 2015, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and CD-player. Exit to the veranda. Living room with winter garden with satellite TV.
