「Pics are not what you get. Dirty, hair in the refrigerator, in the water, and sheets.
Air-conditioning only while you are in the room and it's NOT powerful, Beach not accessible because there was a storm earlier and wiped out the beaches.but good to sleep, like a Motel 6.」

「We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex...

「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。
第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。
5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。
最后一天退房，前台居然没人。
总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」

「Kevin has been an amazing host. My first time in Hawaii and first time in Maui and I couldn’t have a more pleasant experience. Kevin has been very communicative from before even landing in Maui. He provided so many things for us to really enjoy our stay. The apartment was very clean and put together and was the perfect oasis on the hot Hawaiian days. 「Wonderful rental with very close access to everything you need. Stunning views. Easy booking and good communication around checkin. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Appreciated the access to beach chairs and umbrella. There was no washer/dryer accessible in the unit, which was fine for our 3 night stay but might impact a longer visit.」
