“We had a wonderful time in Olympia! Trail House was an excellent choice for us--it was a perfect jumping off place for all the trails we walked and trips to Mount Rainier, Poulsbo/Olympic National Park, and Seattle. The parks and trails around Olympia are amazing, as are the little shops and restaurants. Trail House was clean and well equipped for our needs--including a first aid kit and backpack cooler bag!”

“Great quiet place on the lake. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will be back!”

“Beautiful houseboat with great view of the capital and water. Super clean and perfectly stocked for a comfortable and accommodating stay! Awesome deck off bedroom w plenty of seating, comfy bed with a/c both upstairs and down. Good food, drinks and fun atmosphere at the restaurant/bar at the marina. Be sure to ask Chris for lock box details at the entry to the dock. Highly recommend!”

“It’s just as listed , beautiful, clean, the hosts are over the top with hospitality , highly recommend!, great proximity to Mt Ranier and Olympic National Park. Very relaxing , the serenity of the forest!”

“10/10! Immaculately clean. So perfectly decorated. Decent amenities provided. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in dozens of vacation homes. This is the only time I found nothing to improve. This is by far heads above the rest!!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. What a lovely and unique home. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“This place is a gem! Patty was a great host! Everything from the actual home to the relaxing backyard and nature literally at your back door (we saw baby ducks and fawns with their mamas daily). Such a sweet addition to the already wonderful home! Highly recommend!”

“The property was beyond our expectations. Often times when choosing a vacation home the property doesn't live up to the pictures. Not the case with this property. Not only did the house live up to to our expectations so did the surroundings. Very green and surene. Even though we had neighbors we felt like we were alone in the woods. We had an issue with the sofa beds initially but management was there within a couple of hours with the solution. They kept us informed via text just what they were……

“Very nice property. Very clean. Near to Millersylvania State Park where we were meeting up with family who were camping.”

“We had a wonderful stay! This charming and cozy home was the perfect size for our family of four. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after busy days attending events at Aspen Farms. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with the essentials. We also appreciated being just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and local amenities. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and proactive in making sure everything was perfect……

“Very cute and clean tiny house. Perfect for our 1 night stay!”

“Ecellent property and host communication was outstanding. Perfect spot for a family reunion or large group. Right on the lake, great deck, comfy rooms, and well stocked kitchen. Quiet and private, yet 15 mins from shopping and restaurants, or 30 mins to downtown Olympia and the marina. This house owners live up to it highest ratings and reviews.”

“Words cannot describe how amazing this house is. Although the pictures are great on the listing they still can’t compare to the reality of being on these beautiful grounds. Magical is the best word to describe it. There is so much to do that two nights just wasn’t enough. We take several girl’s trips a year and we all agreed that this house outshines all the rest. We will definitely be coming back here time and time again. Do not pass by this gem. I promise you won’t regret it.”

“The house is amazing, access to the water and dock are great. The kitchen is really nice, but it’s not as well-stocked as the kitchens in other houses we’ve rented. I love to cook, so I may expect more than the average renter. There are no Tupperware or bowls with lids for leftovers, no bags to store anything either (I’m used to at least sandwich-sized ziplocs). Cooking for 9 was tricky, but we made it work. The beach is rocky, so shoes are recommended. Our 10-year-old was exploring the water……

“The property was clean and nicely furnished and decorated. We had plenty of space for our group. The toy closet was a hit with our little ones. We enjoyed the beach, fire pit, and kayaks. We would stay again!”

“Great location for exploring canal, Olympic a little further but we spent two days in the park. Hot tub a real plus after a long day.”
