When I checked in the young lady was very nice. I liked her. The room I got smelled as if someone smoked in it. I don’t smoke so don’t like smoke. The bathtub wouldn’t hold water and I had to shower instead. I run in agility. At 61 I soak in Epson salt after I run. It was loud where I was because people coming in were drunk. I have to pay a fee for my dog and he better than the people! I don’t know why you ask for these reviews my last review I had some trouble with the asking for extra money after I paid you! I never got a response anyway! I do want to say again the person who checked me and was an extremely nicely lady. She deserves a lot of credit for her job. But the overall recommendation for their it sucked! I’d stay there one or two other times before and I really liked the place! But the room I got it smelled! And the person at the front desk was rude in the morning ! I asked him question and he scouted at me as if it was beneath him to answer me and never did answer me really!

The side door on lvl 1 was broken, the room next to us was partying all night we got no sleep, went upstairs and told the manager, they were quiet for 5 mins then went back to smoking, drinking and smoking what smelled like pot. Would of ask for our money back but just wanted to get our of there

fair hotel, just small things wrong, tv remote worked but didnt connect with the tv. fridge seemed to work at first but didnt really keep item cool, had to throw out our food. there was a phone in the room but it wasnt even plugged in so we couldn’t use it if we needed to. coat rack was held on by three screws, when its in need of eight so it was hanging off when we woild out our coats on it. the room really should be cleaned better.

We checked right out and did not stay. went somewhere else. Smelled as soon as you walked in dirty. Door safety latch was gone and looked like door had been kicked in. Carpets dirty looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Did not feel safe as soon as we walked in. Garbage on outside as well.

You’re better off, picking another hotel.
This is just a place to sleep. Nasty nasty place had to call the police because I could hear the lady across the hall beat her dog.
Furniture all scraped up everywhere.
Poorly cleaned
Not sure what was stuck to the tub of that hair on it.  I had to go to the drugstore to buy supplies to fully clean the bathroom properly.

Nice but needs updates
Third super 8 for me in a week, by far the best!! Spacious and comfortable rooms. Bed was amazing! Bathroom was not as clean as I like. Didn't have enough linens. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had kind of a ruff crowd staying for the weekend. No breakfast and coffee was gross!

I made this reservation for a woman who was stranded in Omaha. She needed a place to stay for the night. She arrived but the hotel would not honor the reservation due to her not having an ID. I contacted Expedia, and the rep contacted the woman and the hotel to clear for her to stay. The rep told me that the woman was cleared to stay. After the live chat was terminated, I got a text from the woman that the front desk still would not honor the reservation. Expedia did their part. This hotel failed--especially terrible when temps are in the 20s.

Very disappointing place, several smoke alarms on the 3rd floor kept beeping all night due to low battery. At 2:00am this woke me and I had to remove it to get it to stop beeping. The people at the front desk were not friendly. No breakfast of any kind here. I would never stay here again.

If I could give this Super 8 worse then a zero I would. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. They adverise continental breakfast and they dont do it anymore. Our room heavily smelt like smoke but they said they didnt smell anything, there was no hot water in the whole building, no covers on the light outlets, one of the beds had an extreme divet down the middle of it. We requested to switch rooms after the 1st night because we had already paid for a 2nd night but they refused our request even after showing them the room. Finally, after telling them we would rather lose the money for the night and go somewhere else they told us they would switch our room. But the room they gave us only had one bed when we had 2 beds initially. I asked to get a refund but they refused. We stayed in the new room but we still had no hot water the 2nd night. This place needs to be reported for a health inspection.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There were stains on the bed and hairs in the bathroom. The wifi password provided did not work. There were no facial tissues in the room and when I inquired at the desk, I was handed a stack of napkins. No breakfast, but "24-hour juice and coffee"... the juice dispenser was empty and only dispensed water. My partner and I were not feeling well, so we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door (in the lock slot as instructed); despite this, housekeeping banged on the door and tried to enter. I yelled out "Do not disturb, please!" from the floor of the bathroom and they still wanted to enter to talk to me. Because of our illness, we first wanted to extend one more day (for $50), but ended up merely checking out 2 hours late. I was told the late check-out fee was also $50, the entire cost of another night's stay. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

If you just want a cheap hotel, this is it. The front desk person was unfriendly, they gave us a smoking room so we had to move, the shower in the bathroom had been so poorly “fixed” that we wouldn’t use it, there was no holder for the toilet paper and no ice buckets. Sadly, it could have been a decent place with some updates and TLC and a welcoming face at the front desk.

Very Disappointed
My visit started out o.k., but went downhill from there. When I returned from my evening activity, around 10 p.m., I discovered that I had NO HOT WATER! None in the morning either. I had hoped to grab a roll or muffin at the breakfast site and only coffee and juice were available and a vending machine with pop and snacks, etc. I must say that the walls in the entire room and bathroom looked to be sprayed on and around various fixtures, there was crumbling. The one chair in the room was ready for the junk heap. Only one hanger for clothes. The pillows on the bed were obviously old and very bumpy. I need to say that I am not generally a complaining person, but the lack of hot water was inexcusable. I did not call the desk, due to the late hour, and hoped it would be better in the morning. Also, no clock radio, either. Advertising that a continental breakfast would be available and was NOT, is just plain wrong! My room was $70 (total) which is what attracted me and I just needed a place to sleep mostly. But at $70, a breakfast of some sort should have been available. Of course, the hot water issue is a major issue. The tub had no hot water either. Glad I didn't need to take a shower1 Needless to say, I won't return again.

Not very impressed
It wasn’t clean and apparently the base of one bed was for a larger box springs because it has the braces sticking out in three places on each side, perfect level to catch shins, which I did. The door knob on the bathroom door was extremely loose and it looked like the outlet in there had been spackled over.
