This cozy, 3-bedroom house is located In Stanići - a small tourist place near Omis, Croatia.
With its beautiful terrace and private pool it is set in a peaceful village, surrounded by both the mountain and the sea. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, away from the hectic pace of life in the big city, but also want that city close by - it is a match for your summer holiday.

The house spreads over two floors with three two-bedded bedrooms (one on the first floor with the exit to a big balcony and two on the second floor both with a beautiful view of the island Brač), two bathrooms (one on each floor), a beautiful living room (with big TV and an air conditioner) together with the kitchen and dining area. There is also an additional sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms are equipped with an AC.

The outdoor area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs and a garden sofa. The outdoor area also encompasses an outdoor shower, barbecue and a beautiful wooden-covered terrace with a dining table and a Smart TV. A white-rock fence surrounds the whole outdoor area.

The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a living room TV, a DVD player, a stereo, a washing machine and all the essentials.

A dedicated parking space is available near the house.
In case you don't plan to rent a car, we can offer a transport service as well.

We are open regarding pet policy and usually accept groups bringing their pets on vacation but as a precaution (because of some "bad experiences"), the property is marked with a "no-pets policy". Please reach out to us for any. questions about this.

Last, but not least - we try our best to make the house as sustainable as possible by investing in energy-efficient appliances (ACs, LED lighting), being mindful of water conservation when maintaining the swimming pool, encouraging waste recycling and using solar energy.

We stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing. The location is beautiful and quiet. The accommodation is great, with plenty of space for our family of two adults and two teens. The bed in the master bedroom was very large with amazing views of the sea. There are two fully equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside by the pool. The pool is a good size. The dining area next to the pool is fully covered. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Omiš, there are an abundance of places to eat and get ice creams. There are lots of activities based in Omiš including zip lining, kayaking and boat trips.There are several nearby beaches and the sea was clear and amazing to swim in, I would suggest getting beach shoes as the beaches are stony not sandy. We found a nearby beach with a beach bar which we visited several times.The views of the sea and landscape are breathtaking.The communication with host was very easy and they provided a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us around the villa. Do not think that cozy means small, there is plenty of space, it means it is homely and lovely.An amazing holiday and we would definitely recommend this accommodation and location.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub dort. Das Haus ist groß, bietet viel Platz und ist für Selbstversorger bestens ausgestattet.Alles ist total sauber und gepflegt und die Besitzer sind sehr freundliche Leute.Wir waren zu sechst dort und alle würden da gerne wieder hingehen.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einem super Ferienhaus

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, ein schöner Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Hier kann man auch die Abende schön ausklingen lassen. Die Aussicht ist grandios, eine Seite das Meer, andere Seite die Berge. Mateo und Tommy waren sehr nette Gastgeber, Fragen wurden gleich beantwortet 👍 Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Family holiday

The views from the front of the property are great with a vista of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The host was communicative and helpful and provided a good quality babyseat and cot for my 8 month Grandson. The property is peaceful, spacious, clean, nice furniture, an indoor kitchen and a covered outdoor kitchen, both well stocked. AC units in the 3 large bedrooms and lounge which made for a comfortable sleep. The outdoor area is lovely, nice pool with a shower and we used the outdoor kitchen for all our meals and it made a unique experience for us UK folk. The washing machine is modern and we used it and there is a washing line with pegs in the balcony. The parking is a short walk away and off-road. The only comment I might about the location is it is up a steep hill so be prepared for that when walking down to the local shops, restaurants and beach. The local beach is shingle, we bought beach shoes from the local shop, but it's very scenic, warm sea, lovely sunsets and has a good restaurant.

Merci pour votre accueil Mateo, Stefi nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location pour sa propreté, son emplacement (aller à la mer à pied sans prendre la voiture un vrai +) possible aussi de faire des excursions vers Split, Blue lagoon, Hvar voire les cascades de Krka (en partant tôt). Merci Mateo pour les conseils médicaux suite à nos soucis, une belle location une adresse à garder grand calme et excellente literie.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, super zum Entspannen

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in diesem Ferienhaus und hatten sehr schöne Ferien. Die Highlights sind natürlich der Pool, der sogar täglich gereinigt wird und die riesige Terrasse. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Der Weg vom Strand zum Haus ist auf Grund der Steigung sehr anstrengend aber man kann sich im Pool danach gleich wieder abkühlen. In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich ein steiniger Strand. Wenn man Kinder hat die gerne noch buddeln, ist in ca. 15 Minuten (Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto) ein Sandstrand im Ort Duce zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe und ein größerer Supermarkt im Nachbarort. Der Service von Mateo und seiner Schwester Kristina ist sehr gut, bei auftretenden Schwierigkeiten wird sofort geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊😊😊

Sehr tolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Dieses Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Schwester des Vermieters in Empfang genommen. Das Haus hat eine optimale Lage. Auf der einen Seite die Berge der Dalmatien, auf der anderen Seite die wunderschöne Adria. Einen besseren Ausblick gibt es fast nicht. Mit dem Haus waren wir vollstens zufrieden. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Sauberkeit im Haus war sehr gut. Uns fehlte es an nichts und falls es Fragen gab konnte man immer den Vermieter Matteo kontaktieren der sofort geholfen hat.

Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern

Wir verbrachten mit unseren Kindern eine super Zeit in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus von Mateo und Kristina! Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ins Hinterland und aufs Meer ist atemberaubend! Ein großer gut ausgestatteter Grill ist vorhanden den wir fast täglich nutzten. Der eigene private Pool war das Highlight für uns! Gehzeit zum wunderschönen Strand sind ca 10min. Zurück zum Haus müssen allerdings die ca 100 Höhenmeter wieder bewältigt werden! Für uns als Familie war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Immer gerne wieder! Danke Mateo und Kristina!!

A wonderful getaway

We’ve just had a fantastic ten days at this property and would highly recommend it. The whole place was very well presented - well-equipped, very clean and had comfortable beds. We very much enjoyed using the pool every day, which was also very clean, as well as sitting out on the terrace or balcony every morning to enjoy the stunning views. Mateo was a fantastic host throughout - he always responded quickly to any queries and resolved any minor issues very efficiently. We did struggle a little with getting around as we didn’t hire a car, and the walk back up to the house, as others have mentioned, was pretty hard work in the heat. We generally managed ok though and mostly went down to the beach in the early morning or later afternoon to avoid this. It shouldn’t put anyone off staying here, but it’s definitely worth bearing in mind if you don’t have your own transport, especially if you have young children. All in all, we had a great time - thanks Mateo!

Great holiday at Tice.

Spacious house, well facilitated. Very good communications with the owner who was very helpful before and during our stay. We made good use of the BBQ but also went to local restaurants and would recommend Borowina, lovely setting for outdoor dining, good food, friendly staff and we always had no problem getting a table without booking. It is only a ten minute walk from the house to the lovely local beach but beware, walking back is all uphill. Fortunately I still had my mountain legs from my recent walking holiday in the Lake District (England) and my family are all pretty fit, but I think the walk back from the beach in 30C would be a struggle for some people.

Modern eingerichtetes Haus, sauber und komfortabel

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke mit schönem weiten Blick aufs Meer. Top eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Das Haus ist sauber, die Wäsche und Tücher sind vorhanden. Nach einer Woche wurden gewechselt. Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief wunderbar. Mit sofortiger Antwort auf jede Frage. Man kann den Aufenhalt dort richtig genießen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Mateo und seine Familie. Zum Strand ist es zwar ein bisschen zu laufen. Vor allem der Rückweg führt nach oben. Für die jungen Leute und Kinder ist das wirklich kein Problem. Es gibt aber in der Gegend viele schöne Strände. Mit Sand und ohne, mit viel Schatten und weniger davon. Kurz gesagt, auf jeden Geschmack. Diese Strände sind mit kurzem Autofahrt zu erreichen. Ich würde empfehlen viele Strände ausprobieren. Es gibt unter anderem viele Angebote wie Raffting, Bootsfahrt usw. Man kann auch die Städte in der Nähe besuchen. Nicht in der Mittagshitze vielleicht, aber abends ganz angenehm.

Traumhaus für einen traumhaften Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes Haus: sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage in 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer, 2 moderne Bäder mit viel Stauraum, auf dem Weg nach draußen nochmals eine kleinere Küche, die ebenfalls viel genutzt wurde, denn bei dem traumhaften Wetter und vor allem dem Blick in die Berge und den pool saßen wir eigentlich immer draußen an dem geräumigen Tisch, der dennoch sehr gut Wind- und Wettergeschützt war. Dort gab es auch einen Fernsehen und Müllbehälter. Etwas abenteuerlich war am Anfang das Parken, denn die Straßen sind bis zum Haus sehr steil und eng, aber am Ende wurde es immer besser. Übung macht den Meister. Ca. 100 m entfernt gab es einen Parkplatz, der mit einem Seil abgesperrt war und genug Platz bot. Der Eigentümer war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß bei gut 36 Grad durchaus anspruchsvoll (vor allem der Weg zurück - also genug zu trinken einpacken), aber der Pool am Ende war immer der beste Tagesabschluss. Ebenfalls absolut toll war der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmerbalkon aus: der Blick über die kleinen Gassen, den Feigenbaum vor dem Haus und dann das Meer, die Boote und die Insel Brac. Das ganze hatte man auch nochmal auf dem kleinen Balkon in der Küche - früh morgens mit einem Kaffee in der Hand.

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our visit very much. The video to locate the home was very helpful. Any questions or suggestions were answered very quickly. The house has great views of the Adriatic Sea and a lovely outdoor patio with a wood fireplace. We visited the local beach every day and made many day trips to neighboring towns. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren wirklich sehr angetan von dem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung war/ist mehr als ansprechend. Wir sind mit 5 Personen angereist und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und der Außenbereich mit Pool topt einfach alles. Wir sind mehr als begeistert und können es sehr empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und Mateò kümmert sich um alles. Ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Rund um zufrieden - wir kommen wieder!!! ——————————————————————- We enjoyed the stay very much and were really very fond of the cottage. The equipment was/is more than appealing. Everything was amazing, the house was clean and exactly what we wanted. The host was more than accommodating and really helpful in every way. The location is great and quiet with a beautiful scenery. Anybody who is looking for a place where they can have fun and relax this is the perfect place.

Excellent house,all amenities as listed and shown in the photos.Lovely outside area a real treat next to the pool.Easy to walk down to small supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.Friendly host and we had a superb stay.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es bietet wirklich alles, was man sich wünscht. Toller Pool, sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuss ca. 20min. Der Rückweg ist nur bergauf, sodass es mit Kindern etwas anstregend werden kann. Wir sind mit dem Auto an verschiedene Strände gefahren und haben die Gegend erkundet.

Perfect peaceful holiday villa
