“This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. ”

“The location is quite far from city centre. But the staff are really nice and friendly, there's a shared pantry which you can cook inside. The heater is not warm enough on the first night, but the room soon heated up.”

“酒店前台很好，可以根据客人的喜好调整房间，想住高一点的话也能调。标准间有个别房间大，遇到了也可以调整。 酒店最好的是管早餐和简单的晚餐，如果不是必须要体验当地美食的话，酒店的两顿餐就可以解决了，早餐种类非常丰富，各种火腿，鸡蛋，还有特色鱼类食品，甜点饮料水果也不少。整体体验感还是很不错的。”

“太好了，坐機場巴士10分鐘就到了，櫃臺人員太客氣了，特羅姆瑟太好了，空氣好，很棒，與太太看到極光了，是晚上12點。櫃臺小姐幫忙很多，因我們到以色列機票被取消，由于以黎衝突，櫃臺小姐幫忙連絡，非常感謝。總之，很棒的旅程，5天4夜。”

“Very nice surprise - comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in good price. Amazing spa, big gym, swimminpool with hot water. Great restaurant on the last floor. Only one kilometer from city centre, you can easily walk to Polaria or any other museum. This hotel is one of the hidden pearls of Tromsø, do not miss it. ”

“Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM.……
