「Fantastic, new, modern place. Fabulous view from the room. Only one remark - the curtains were detached at the ends and it was hard to cover the window to make it fully dark for a good sleep (midnight sun). Fantastic breakfast buffet with a great service minded personnel. 」

「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

「This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. 」

「Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place」

「Die Vermietung laüft über eine zwischengeschaltete Plattform die zwar die Reservierung bestätigt hst aber dennoch auf den eigentlichen Vermieter verweist hat um die Ankunftdetails zu erfahren. Der Vermieter reagierte nicht auf E-Mails und so musste ich ein teueres Telefongespräch nach Norwegen tätigen um vom Vermieter den Eingangscode der Wohnung zu erfahren. Bis zum schluss, waren wir uns nicht sicher, was wir vorfinden würden. Am Tag der Abfahrt habe ich wieder den Vermieter versucht zu...

「Very nice surprise - comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in good price. Amazing spa, big gym, swimminpool with hot water. Great restaurant on the last floor. 「酒店前台很好，可以根据客人的喜好调整房间，想住高一点的话也能调。标准间有个别房间大，遇到了也可以调整。酒店最好的是管早餐和简单的晚餐，如果不是必须要体验当地美食的话，酒店的两顿餐就可以解决了，早餐种类非常丰富，各种火腿，鸡蛋，还有特色鱼类食品，甜点饮料水果也不少。整体体验感还是很不错的。」

"官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。"
