“Friendly staff when checking in. Super convenient in the center of the city.”

“Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.”

“The shampoo pump would not pop up and dispense. It was unpleasant to take a shower on a long trip from Asia.”

“it is the same hotel address as the hospital. nice and clean. a little bit expensive to be honest. but good one.”

“WiFi is very weak, no one to clean up the apartment and change towels during the 4 days stay. Breakfast is good.”

“Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place”

“友善的hostel, 共用地方設施齊全, 有樓梯,如果行李大件比較不方便”

“The best part was the night time view from our window. And now the reality of actually staying there, Arctic Mary Rooms "Hotel". 1. Nice front door, with a pile of junk ceiling high at the side. 2. Needed a torch to operate key code pad outside, making a loud noise with every touch. 3. Boots strewn all over the hallway causing me to trip when entering. 4. Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet. 5. Only one thin pillow each, contacted the manager (he had emailed……

“Aera was super nice and we got to see the Aurora Borealis. The room is very tiny but you have all you need. Make sure to bring the bare minimum you need! The glass view is awesome. Waking up to that amazing view is priceless! Can park your car right next to the cabin. The dining option is limited and the food was nothing spectacular but the breakfast got delivered just as requested inside a picnic basket. It was a special/ memorable occasion!”

“The view was nice. The room had a modern design. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make our dinner and the grocery store was only a few minutes away (driving). It's a perfect place to stay away from the crowd.”

“Unbeatable location, very clean rooms, and a top-tier breakfast. Excellent staff and chill environment. Highly recommend to any traveler.”

“good”

“Everything was great. The breakfast was really nice. The room was big enough for us to take everything out, and there was even a hallway to leave our coats and things with snow. The view was wonderful and you could probably see the northern light directly if it was strong enough.”
