「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking.
Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

「This property is an absolute gem! The panoramic cabin was so worth the extra money as it had one of the most amazing views that I’ve ever seen. We knew it was a risk to stay here and not see the Northern Lights in early September but we were rewarded with a beautiful show both nights we stayed here. 「good location to see northern light, we enjoy amazing light in front of the door , host maria and eivind are very friendly aslo the animals. the mountain and sea view make us relaxing and confortable. the kitchen was good for usto make our food. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. "官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。 立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。 並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。 櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。 未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。"
