行前會有多封信件告知如何抵達旅館，但地點本身並非在馬路旁，尋找上不是非常直覺，另外當天網路不是很穩定，提供的房間密碼無法使用，需要在寒風中走到另外的接待處求救。 房間內部大致上溫馨寬敞，但廁所一直有臭味，開了通風一直沒有效果，希望可以改善。

The apartment was quite basic for the price and in comparison to other places we have stayed. The dishwasher was full and needed emptying on our arrival. The shower was weak and not very hot. We didn’t have a bath mat for the floor. The bedroom is very small and strangely located near the entrance which meant we had to have the curtains closed all the time or have people able to see in. The location is great for a couple of nights in Tromsø. The instructions for finding the place were very good and informative, we had no difficulty and a smooth check in process. The living area is a nice space and we enjoyed the balcony.

The room didn’t have the view is showing in all the pictures, the bedroom too small with overlooking the the public hallway, and the windows of the hallway was all icy cold could not see the outside the living room had a view of the other building and street. There was no paper towels or anything for dishwasher, very basic, for four nights of staying they left only 2 coffee pods. Nothing else, no instructions or anything . The address was wrong on the Expedia. The taxi left us in middle of no where we had to ask people and walk with all of suitcases 20 minutes in the icy cold weather and snow

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und auch das Selfcheck-In war gut machbar. Einrichtung war grundsätzlich auch modern und gut beheizt. Allerdings sind einige Dinge nicht gut: -Betten quietschen bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei King-Size Betten. Die Betten sind klein und durch den Lärm kann man keinen erholsamen Schlaf haben. Ich gehöre zu den unempfindlichen Schläfern und es war einschränkend. -Die Küche hat kein Salz oder ein kleines Handtuch wir haben diese Dinge selbst anschaffen müssen. -Handtücher etc. Werden nur ein kleines für das Gesicht und eines für den Körper bereitgestellt und nur über eine Buchung gegen 15€ Gebühr gewechselt. Zwei Handtücher pro Person wären angemessen. -Parkplätze liegen weiter entfernt 250 Meter sind bei der starken Kälte anstrengend -grundsätzlich schlechte Erreichbarkeit 9-16 Uhr -sehr hellhörig

The location on Expedia is false! It’s a 10 minute walk from the pin on the map. And super confusing to figure out how to find the building. They refused to give more than one towel per person. Which would be okay if there was a dryer. Staff was very rude when code wouldn’t work to enter room. I would not stay here again. Second bedroom was so tight that one of my kids chose to sleep on the couch.

For the price we paid, we expected much better. The apartment was very nice inside, but there were a handful of issues which really ruined our stay. The bad: - On arrival, our door code didn’t work so we had to call reception and use a manual key. After this, we noticed that the door didn’t lock from the outside (no way to check) which is a massive security concern. Raised this to the staff who just gave a blanket answer and even when we checked out we still noticed the door wouldn’t lock when closed. There is no way to check from the inside if your door is locked or not, so it’s a guessing game. The staff will say it auto locks but we tested it numerous times. - TERRIBLE WiFi. The TV runs entirely off WiFi and the WiFi itself was so bad it could barely load a web page - Our flat had an awful fishy smell to it for the first day we were there. Staff weren’t able to offer anything to help fix it, we had to go and get air fresheners ourselves. - The bedroom faces directly outside the flat and is a very weird layout. Only one pillow provided too The good: - Excellent location, really close to everything and has stunning views from the balcony - Very well decorated and well stocked with everything you’d need from it. - The email responses are very good until you have an issue, then it becomes somewhat less helpful. - Very comfortable beds and good heating system Overall, could’ve been an excellent stay but really ruined our stay with some serious issues.
