Excellent villa for a family

Outstanding and comfortable villa with lots of space for a larger family. Pool was ideal and the hot tub and sauna went down well. Lovely views and local town Omis had everything we wanted. Nice boat trip up the river and day trip to Split.

We had a wonderful time. It was a fantastic secluded getaway for peace and quiet but also close enough to Stipe and if you want to go out and explore. Great facilities and things to do at home too like table tennis, pool and jacuzzi

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We had a good time at the villa. It was really comfortable and we had everything that we needed. With the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna you can relax during the day and there is a table tennis too for playing outside. With the car you have 10-15min to omis and around 30min to split. The villa is a bit far from the cities, but the stay was definitely worth it. I recommend hiring a car accordingly.

Perfect location for a family or group holiday!

The villa totally exceeded our expectations. From the communications beforehand, to the facilities, and information provided, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Stipe - the property owner - was super helpful. Before our arrival he provided information about local supermarkets, directions, and kept in contact about our arrival time. When we arrived, he walked us through the whole house, showing us how to use all of the amenities. The house itself would suit two families comfortably, although we were only four people. Everyday the pool was cleaned and the gardens watered but we were never interrupted. There is an array of fruit and vegetables grown on site and we were kindly allowed to help ourselves to these. The resident tortoises were also super fun! The location is about 15 minutes from Omis where you can eat out, go swimming, and engage in a lot of activities from white water rafting to boat trips. Without traffic, it is about 30 minutes or so from Split. The house is at the end of a very small and secluded 'residential' street - but it is the only street in the area so it is super quiet and we really felt like we were secluded in the countryside. We really chilled out and were able to enjoy the wonderful scenery from the pool and balconies.

Lovely property with a great setting . Peaceful and tranquil setting with beaches within 10-15 mins reach by car. Amazing views. Facilities were also amazing, the villa had recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

We were absolutely blown away by this villa In the most perfect location in the mountains with forest around but still not too far from the beach The villa definitely is luxury and every last thing has been thought of to make your stay perfect. Stipe is an amazing host and so friendly and thorough. We had the best week here and were so sad to leave We will definitely return and cannot wait!!

The villa was pristine on arrival and has everything you need and more. Stipe was the perfect host and was on hand when required if we had any questions. We loved the pool, hot tub and the tavern room too. Omis is a beautiful town, will lovely old lanes lined with restaurants and lovely beaches. Overall we had a great holiday. Lovely property in the hills above Omis

We were 4 adults and 4 kids age 5-9 and had a wonderful stay! The house is a 10 min drive to Omis, a lovely town nestled in a gorge next to a river with a fortress on the hill that you can climb to. It was also just ~25 min into Split, where we spent several afternoons and evenings. The garden at the house was a fun place for the kids to run around and the pool was a big hit! The house itself was very comfortable with an amazing jacuzzi tub. If you're looking for a large house a short drive from these towns, I'd recommend this one.

Amazing House in quiet, beautiful surroundings

Very friendly host, who provided many good suggestions at arrival and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. This was in fact the case. Beautiful house and surroundings with large quiet nature surroundings. House, kitchen and pool area was very well equipped and well functioning. Nearest grocery store few minutes drive away. Omis with larger supermarkets, beaches and cosy small streets, shops and restaurants 10-15 minutes drive away. We highly recommend this place.

A Amazing Property!

The most amazing we have stayed in! It has a lovely clean pool and a beautiful view from the balconies! The tavern was lots of fun! And we bbq’d almost every night on the easy to use gas bbq! We went to some of the restaurants that the host recommended! Our 10 year old boy loved the steak 🥩at the restaurant in Naklice We all enjoyed the special meat platters. The beds were extremely comfortable. The Villa is well located and easy to drive to Omiš, some of us also went to the zip line nearby and would thoroughly recommend it! The hot tub was a fantastic addition! We would love to come here again. Stipe was helpful and generous with his time and we really enjoyed the local speciality dish that he provided for us upon arrival.

De ligging en het uitzicht vanuit de villa is waanzinnig. De voorzieningen zijn top en iedere ochtend komt de tuinman om het zwembad/jaccuzi in orde te maken. Als we vragen hadden konden we altijd terecht bij Stipe, hij heeft ons verblijf top gemaakt!

Sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Lage in den Bergen und nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren super. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Empfang von Stipe war top. Er hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und uns noch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, welche alle super waren. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Vielen lieben Dank an Stipe! Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Spricht äußerst gut Englisch und gibt sich größte Mühe für die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste zu sorgen. Von Sauberkeit bis hin zu Empfehlungen in der Gegend - all das konnte unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machen. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, alles funktioniert (Klimaanlage und co.) einwandfrei. Die Lage ist wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen angenehm ruhig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Glorious residence!

superbe maison très bien équipée. la piscine et le jacuzzi sont excellents. Le jardin est magnifique avec tous le mobilier nécessaire transats table de ping pong et une superbe vue sur la campagne environnante. avons passé un sejour d une semaine (2 couples et trois enfants) dans la maison de Stipe qui est très bien équipée avec de la vaisselle aussi bien dans la cuisine en haut que dans la cuisine d été en bas. La cave aménagée est top avec la cheminée qui permet de faire des grillades. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et les lits étaient faits. stipe est un hôte très réactif il a toujours répondu à nos questions avant notre arrivée. l accueil à été chaleureux et de qualité avec beaucoup d explications sur les alentours et les visites potentiels. nous recommandons réellement cette maison pour la qualité de ses équipements sa localisation à seulement 10mn d Omis et 25mn de split en voiture ainsi que pour la gentillesse de Stipe. Nous n hesiterons pas à revenir.
