Welcome to Villa Hrid which is located in Mimice village, 10 km far from small Mediterranean town Omiš, 17 km far from the highway (exit Šestanovac), 1 km far from local restaurants and shops, just 30 m above sea level with your private pebble beach and spectacular panoramic sea and island views. Property location offers you absolute privacy, luxuriously built villa, and very well equipped with all you need for your perfect Croatian holidays in Villa Hrid.
NOTE: The pool is closed from 1st November until 30th March!
Villa offers you 5 bedrooms, 2 outdoor dining areas with barbecue, kitchen, and living room, fully covered with free WiFi, pool with sun deck area, private beach, and panoramic and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains, and island Brač from almost every corner.
* Pool level, middle-level offers heated, infinity 4m x 8m swimming pool with hydro massage, a Whirlpool next to the pool, 8 sundeck chairs, 2 parasols, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area with barbecue.
* Interior (pool level) offers a spacious and stylish living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need. The fully airconditioned and comfortable living room offers a flat-screen TV, comfy sofas, amazing and panoramic views of the sea, and islands, and a pool area with a direct exit to the outdoor dining area and the pool area. There is Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and sew views. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and views of the garden and sea. There is also a separate toilet.
* Outdoor stairs from the pool area take you to a huge, closed dining area with a summer kitchen and Pool table (Billiard), table tennis, TV, and a sofa, a fun zone for everyone. A separate toilet with a washing machine is next to it.
* The top floor (connected with an outdoor staircase) offers two air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom No.3 with double bed 160 x 200 cm and en-suite bathroom with shower; Bedroom No.4 with double bed 180 x 200 cm and in-room bathtub with sea views. There is a terrace with rattan furniture with sea views.

Exceptional Beachside Villa
Our group of eight had an outstanding stay in this exceptional beachside villa. The house comes well-equipped, offering both space and comfort. The kitchen and bar are generously stocked and the two grills provide perfect options for outdoor dining.
We relished the villa's premium beach location and enjoyed our daily seaside activities. Added to the delights were the whirlpool and infinity pool, both of which elevated our relaxation experience.
Our hosts were notably friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt thoroughly at home throughout our stay.
One minor suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the light-blocking capacity of the curtains in some rooms. This would ensure an even more restful sleep, especially for those sensitive to morning sunlight.
In summary, this villa offers a splendid holiday experience that we would recommend without hesitation. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

Erholung pur in dieser Traumvilla!
Die Bilder drücken nicht annähernd aus, wie schön dieser Ort ist. Für uns war es dort Erholung pur - ob ein Ausflug nach Split, schwimmen/schnorcheln/kajaken am privaten Strand oder eine Wanderung auf den nahegelegenen Wanderrouten... alles wirklich wunderschön! Ein Supermarkt sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter haben uns wahnsinnig herzlich empfangen, waren jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit frischem Fisch und Fleisch versorgt. Neben den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohn-/Essbereich mit grandiosem Ausblick haben wir ebenfalls wunderbare Abende in der hauseigenen Bar mit Billard und Dart verbracht. Wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden und sicher nicht das letzte mal in der Villa am Felsen.

Eine Traumreise
Wow, wow, wow! Die Villa hält was sie verspricht, es ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Wir wurden von den Besitzern herzlich empfangen, es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft und der eigene Strand ist Luxus! Sehr gute Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Falls man plant Ausflüge zu unternehmen bietet es sich an ein Auto direkt am Flughafen zu mieten.
Die Eigentümer bringen sogar frischen Fisch und Fleisch wenn gewünscht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Traumvilla
Wirklich wunderschöne, hochwertig ausgestattete Villa mit Traumblick, Traumstrand, Traumpool, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Lediglich der während unseres Aufenthaltes an den Werktagen vorherrschende Baulärm der Villa auf dem Nachbargrundstück hat den Traumurlaub etwas gestört. Ein Hinweis hierauf wäre vielleicht hilfreich gewesen.
Wir wollen aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein Traum am Meer
Die Bilder werden dem Objekt nicht ganz gerecht, es ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner! Selbst einzelne Regentage sind sind wie im Flug vergangen bei den ganzen Möglichkeiten, die das Anwesen bietet.
Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend, bei Problemen sind sie jederzeit verfügbar.
Alles in allem werden wie definitiv wiederkommen im nächsten Jahr!

Luxeriöses Ferienhaus; hervorragende Lage direkt am Meer mit privatem Zugang
Luxeriöses Ferienhaus am Steilhang zur Adria. Privater Zugang zum Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung inkl. Außengrill, Pool und Kajaks. Wunderschöne Zimmer. Viel Platz auf drei Ebenen. Guter Kontakt sowohl zur Agentur als auch zu den Vermietern. Den Vermietern besonderen Dank für die Versorgung mit Fleisch und Fisch zum grillen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Absolutely lovely!
We booked to visit Villa Hrid the day before departing after our booked holiday was cancelled, and what a find it was! It looks just as the pictures show - a real luxury retreat!
After getting our head around the layout (spread over three floors, only ground and 2nd floor in use, and linked by an outside stairway) we found it worked well for us. However we were all adults, this would not be suitable for a young family. We also moved some of the outdoor furniture into one place so that we could all sit together.
The only real 'negative' is the lack of a large kitchen - cooking for 10 in the existing kitchen space is not the easiest, but we managed and nobody starved! It is about a 10 minute walk to the local harbour village of Mimice (couple of restuarants, bars, etc) and a small grocery shop, but this is along a busy road, which again, is not ideal if you have small children, but was OK for adults to do the morning breakfast run for fresh croissants!
Overall an outstanding villa, everything was provided for us, all top quality. Also, the addition of a pool table, not shown in the pictures, in the games room was an absolute winner! The private beach and kayaks were also a hit!
Sandra and Iveca and the most amazing hosts, so welcoming and helpful - even supplying fresh fish from market!
Overall, we had a fantastic time, and will definitely be back!

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer
Das Objekt liegt direkt am Meer mit ungestörtem Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Insel Brac. Es ist fast vollständig neu errichtet und in tadellosem Zustand. Einzig die unfertige mittlere Etage und die daraus eingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit der Küche ist noch ein wenig stören - Covid-19 hat da die Fertigstellung beeinträchtigt.
200 Stufen zum Meer - nicht barrierefrei, aber für die Kinder und uns mittelalte Eltern kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen sofort. Internet ist langsam, aber man sollte hier ohnhein die Zeit mit dem Meer verbringen.

Traumhaus mit Traumaussicht
Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist alles sehr neu und sauber. Die Aussicht von den vielen verschiedenen Terrassen ist einfach wunderbar. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind geheizt. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. In diesem Haus kann man total privat sein und einfach nur die tolle Lage und alle Annehmlichkeiten geniessen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

perfekte Villa, Traumurlaub!
diese Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern herzlich begrüßt und mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten und Getränken im Kühlschrank zum ankommen überrascht. Die Villa ist genauso traumhaft wie auf den Bildern angegeben und hat einen wirklich sehr hohen Standart in Bezug auf Ausstattung und Komfort. Was auf den Bildern jedoch noch fehlt, ist der sehr große Raum mit Bar (ist wie eine zweite Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 2-Platten, Spüle, großer Getränkekühlschrank + Weinkühlschrank), Kamin, großer Esstisch (10 Personen) und Klimaanlage. In der gesamten Villa wurde beim Interieur nicht gespart. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer perfekten Villa und können diese definitiv weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Beautiful location
We stayed for a week in late July, the villa is in a beautiful location with absolutely stunning views.
The villa is separated into 3 separate floors which are not linked by an internal staircase. The middle floor is still being finished at the moment so we used the top floor - two double rooms, both en-suite and the lower floor. The lower floor consists of one separate double en suite room with its own front door and the lounge / kitchenette area with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom . This set up worked well as our party consisted of adults but if young children were present the separate living areas and floors may be a problem.
The kitchen is very small for 10 people but we ate out most nights in nearby Omis, so only breakfast and lunch was prepared at the villa
There are several outdoor ovens and dining areas
There is a large room on the top floor which has a bar area fridge coffee machines etc & pool table and large dining table, this room is independent of the other rooms.
The beach is a real bonus and well worth the 199 steps down (and back up 🥵) , the 3 kayaks are great fun
Overall we had a fantastic week, the villa is very clean and we were made v welcome with a very tasty welcome pack including local tuna and cheese
We would love to return to the area soon

Amazing villa in beautiful Mimice

Amazing!
Villa Hrid is a little slice of paradise. The online pictures are spectacular but the reality is even better.
Sandra and Ivica are fantastic hosts meeting us with a great welcome pack and bringing us fresh fish from the market to cook on the grill.
The Villa is very well designed and equipped and all is of the highest quality. We enjoyed everything about the villa but particularly the pool area, games room/bar and the beach and kayaks.
We cannot wait to return and are sorry to be leaving.

A little paradise on earth
After an one-hour drive from Split airport along the coast and the beautiful little towns we arrived in Mimince at the Villa Hrid. Sandra and Ivan welcomed us so lovely. My friends and I were overwhelmed by the beauty of the view of the sea and the villa. The villa is much more beautiful than in the pictures. Words and pictures can’t describe how beautiful the location is. In addition to the lovingly decorated rooms and seatings, the top equipped kitchen/s and barbecue areas, the "Party room" with table tennis table and a dartboard, the gorgeous infinity pool and whirlpool, the villa offers a beautiful garden with various herbs and vegetables. Nearby there is a mini-supermarket which can be easily reached by foot. Sandra and Ivan were so nice and provided us with fresh fish, which was indescribably delicious. On the special occasion of my birthday Sandra even baked a delicious cake for us. The cakes was so delicious! Once again many thanks for that. I was very touched! Furthermore the villa offers a super nice beach section where we did yoga in the morning. Another highlight of the villa were the two canoes 😊 There are even life jackets for young and old. We also discovered a fishing rod 😉 The villa is simply well equipped.
Thanks again for letting us be your guests. We had a wonderful time and could take precious memories!

Outstanding
Great place to relax, in between Omis and Makarska once you are looking for fun and attaractions but really quiet although it's directly close to a street.
We enjoyed the private beach, the provided kayaks for excursions on the sea and the high-quality interieur inside the house.
Of course the magnificent view of the sea and the crystal-clear water was really impressive. Very nice owners which offered us sea food and local specialties. Finally if you ask whether we would recommend this accommodation to friends or whether we would come back .... the answer will YES.

Elegant villa in beautiful cliff-side setting
Sandra and Ivan met us with a lovely welcome pack and full villa tour, explaining how everything worked.
The bed rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The facilities in general were very good, with fridge space and tv's throughout.
The kitchen is small but practical and there are 2 outside BBQ areas, all set up to go.
The real prizes are however the fantastic terraces and incredible sea views from all of them. It really is a stunning setting!
The infinity pool and deck is also beautifully created, with a hot water open air shower. (Perhaps pool towels could be provided..)
The owners are extremely helpful with sourcing fresh food and on travel advice/local attractions. They are also helpful and friendly, without being intrusive.
The private beach area is almost 200 steps down, but well worth the effort, with excellent kayak facilities, sun loungers and another fridge.
Your own car is strongly advised, as there is very little within easy walking distance; it really is a quiet haven.
The only word of warning is that the entrance to the villa site is directly off a busy coastal road (no real noise due to villa design). The access is difficult and very steep. There is car parking for 3-4 vehicles, but it is not an easy site. Advise an automatic car and/or bigger engines to deal with the gradient (maybe a better driver than me too!).
Overall this is a wonderful property that we have been privileged to stay in. We would have no problem recommending this property as not only a beautiful place, but providing very good value for money. Not only would we recommend it, we would be delighted to stay there again in the future.
I am certain too that Sandra and Ivan's plans will only ever make this villa even better in the future. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely place.

Traumhafte Ferien am Meer
Wir verbrachen im August 2018 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Hrid. Mit Ausblick über das Meer und die Insel Brac könnten wir entspannte Zeit am Pool oder einer der Sitzgruppen verbringen. Wir waren 8 Personen (inklusive 2 Kinder mir 2 und 5), dank der verschiedenen Ebenen könnte man sich auch mal ein ruhiges Plätzchen suchen. Das Meer war perfekt, glasklares Wasser mit Fischen, und von der Temperatur auch für den 2jährigen geeignet. Nur die 199 Stufen zum Meer hinunter kamen bei den Kindern nicht so gut an... Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und haben uns mit allen Informationen und lokalen Spezialitäten versorgt, inklusive frisch gefangenem Fisch. Insgesamt perfekte Ferien!

Ein rundum toller Urlaub in einem absoluten Traumhaus
Wir - 6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder - hatten Anfang Juli 2018 einen absoluten Traumurlaub in einem absoluten Traumhaus. Eigentlich ist man als Deutscher zurückhaltend mit den grossen Komplimenten, aber hier wären auch von uns die 10 Sterne verdient gegeben worden. Das Haus ist in Realität noch schöner als auf den Fotos, es gibt schlicht keine Nachteile. Der Baustandard entspricht höchsten deutschen Ansprüchen, in dieser Qualität habe ich das in einem Ferienhaus - und ich mache das durchaus häufiger - noch nie erlebt! Wir haben also traumhafte Tage am Pool oder Privatstrand verbracht, haben immer eine Ecke im wunderbaren Außenbereich gefunden, wo auch an heißen Tagen Schatten und ein Lüftchen wehte und konnten uns in der Outdoor-Küche abends austoben und unsere "Geschenke" grillen. Denn auch das ist uns noch nie passiert. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich in einer Herzlichkeit aber gleichzeitig auch Unaufdringlichkeit excellent um einen und organisieren so auch die eine oder andere kroatische Spezialität für den Grill. Auch das war überwältigend. Und ja, wir wollen mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Liebe Familie Kosic, machen Sie weiter so!
