Ualmindelig dårlig service.
Det var ingen til at tage imod os, da vi ankom kl. 16:30, selvom der stod i app’en, at man kunne tjekke ind fra kl. 15.
Vi ringede til det tlf.nr., der stod på døren, og fik oplyst vores værelsesnr., og at nøglen sad i døren. Så langt så godt. Vi blev bedt om at sende vores pas-nr. på sms, så vi kunne blive tjekket ind, hvilket vi blankt afviste - hvad tænkte hun dog på.
Vi blev ikke oplyst om vigtige ting omkring vores ophold: bl.a. rengøring/opfyldning, WiFi- kode samt hvor og hvornår morgenmaden blev serveret.
Vi fik dog svar på dette, da vi sendte en sms til “værten”.
Der manglede desuden ved ankomst et badehåndklæde, som vi først fik på dag 2.
Morgenmaden blev serveret på en restaurant 100 m fra Villa Gaj, men aldrig har vi fået så dårlig en morgenmad på et overnatningssted. Flere dage manglede der basale ting som smør og yoghurt, de “lune retter” (æg og pølser) var iskolde, restauranten forsøgte ikke at holdt dem varme.
Vi fik slet ikke gjort rent de fem dage, vi boede på Villa Gaj. Vi måtte selv spørge rengøringspersonale om at få toiletpapir, og da vi bad om rene håndklæder, blev vi nægtet at få det. Der var ingen affaldsbeholder på fællesområderne eller på værelset (kun en toiletspand på badeværelset, som heller ikke blev tømt under opholdet).
Så alt i alt kan vi ikke anbefale at bo på Villa Gaj - vi vender helt sikkert ikke tilbage.
