"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. "Great location next to Tsukuba station. The staff were terrific. The rooms in the original building are spacious but are showing their age. The building layout is complicated as well. The HVAC in the rooms is managed from the clock (!), rather than a thermostat. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the desk was usable."
