「Nice staff, although far away from city centre but staffs are helpful and room is clean and comfort.」

「Lovely comfortable room and especially bed. Hotel was very busy due to a conference on Friday when we arrived and a wedding on Saturday, so quite noisy in the communal areas. Food in both restaurants was good but service in Farenheit was a bit slow. Buffet breakfast was okay, but often seemed to run out before being topped up, so you had to chhose your timing carefully. Pastries were very good though and there was a good choice. I asked for poached eggs both days and they were perfectly cooked....

「Highly recommend, particularly if going to events at the arena or even the city centre. We had an excellent stay and it was in a fantastic location for 3Arena - right next door. Couldn’t be better! Excellent transport link into city centre within 10-15 minutes via tram outside the accommodation. Supermarket opposite with takeaway food. Big Dunnes stores supermarket within the centre opposite too so plenty of choices to stock up for your stay. Some other coffee and food options nearby too....

「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」

「We stayed at the Gibson for a concert at 3Arena which was literally right out the front door of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. You have to be staying in the hotel to access the elevators which makes you feel very safe. The restaurant in the hotel was nice and there are restaurants and shops right outside which is very convenient. It is a bit of a walk to city centre but the tram is literally right out front of the hotel. The shower was phenomenal and the beds comfortable. I would...

「Great location for the 3arena, however if you’re planning to eat in either of the hotel restaurants on the night of a concert book ahead (or go later when the concert is underway). Cosy rooms are very small, be aware - the bed is tight against the window on one side, there’s no desk or table to sit at, may be tricky if you wanted to use a laptop. The basement sauna and stream is great, highly recommended. Steam room unfathomably hot!! Beware. 」

「reception service is very slow. I need to call more than 5 times and just have someone to pick up the phone. No hair dryer in room and someone came to see after 20min after calling. And then still cannot provide hair dryer. WIFI is often disconnected. 」
