「Overall, the hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay. However, there was one major flaw that significantly affected our experience: the toilet in the room. The toilet seat is unusually small and round, providing insufficient space even for an average-sized adult. Frankly, I cannot imagine it being comfortable for many guests, especially larger European guests. Even as an Asian guest, I found it cramped. For male users in particular, the design leaves almost no room at the front when seated,...

「Check in was smooth. Clean and modern rooms :)」

「The room is modern, cozy, clean and comfortable! Easy assess from metro, just few minutes walk. Very nice hotel!」

「Great staff, great room, nice and clean, great location, you can go anywhere within 30 min walk. Breakfast is good, rooftop pool is amazing」

「Just perfect and staff is so friendly and happy to sort out your issues!」

「small room and near street, the hotel is refurbished.」

「My second time here, I did some complaints in the first stay and received their management detailed explanation. This is a really customer-oriented one though this hotel may not be run by the big hotel management group. My second stay is better, at least psychologically, and my rating is for the staff. By the way, don't miss the roof restaurant at night, a panoramic view of Acropolis and Parthenon is worth a drink or dinner here.」

「Nice location. Small compact room but had everything you needed. We were very happy with our stay. Good value for the money. Thanks」

「A nice stay and very helpful and friendly staff.」

「The hotel was exactly as advertised. The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served a full breakfast buffet. It was close restaurants and to the metro line. I would gladly stay there again.」

「Small but clean room. Showers make bathroom floor very wet.」

「The property is located in a section of Athens that does not appear very safe. We were warned twice by taxi drivers to not walk around the neighbourhood after dark. We stayed one night and booked another hotel room in Plaka which although we incurred additional costs, we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation in Athens.」

「Good location. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant. Room is good and our room is faced to Acropolis which is beautiful ! Hop on hop off bus station is very near the hotel. That is convenient! I will recommend here.」

「The hotel had all the amenities you’d want. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well stocked. The staff were lovely. I’d recommend staying here」
