「We had a lovely stay at Omari Manor. The house was big enough for an extended family weekend away with an age range from 11 months to 95yr old! It was close to Turangi so didnt feel far when you needed supplies. The house was clean and tidy. And the view of the sunrise from the lounge was beautiful!There wasnt many spear blackets but there was plenty of heaters to keep the rooms warm and the fireplace was a lovely touch. Thank you for having us!」

「This place has a great feel to it... there's a bit of character on top of everything you need. Such a great location in this cute township by the lake with Taupo shops nearby. Our teenagers enjoyed the local tennis court and we loved the little local river walk. Would happily return. Friendly locals too! It was a cold time of year, but the fireplace was a charm. 「So relaxing! Waterfront views during winter are just as entertaining as during the hotter months. Very cold so make the most of the heating when it snows on the other side of the lake! Make use of the walking tracks when the shower stop, there are some incredible sights along the way. Drop by the general store for a coffee and macadamia brittle!
