Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Roppongi

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms were a little small but that was to be expected. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained I would stay there again."

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa

8/10 Good

"We had a 3-night stay at the 15th floor with excess to the club lounge. The hotel room is not roomy but is pretty clean and comfortable. The small balcony is entirely a decoration, and I believe nobody would have the guts to step on it. I must say that the staff at the front desk and at the lounge are very friendly and we had very smooth check in and check out services…"

Shinagawa Prince Hotel

8/10 Good

"The room was clean, but it could have been vacuumed a little better. It was interesting there is not a vent/fan in the bathroom, but you also have to keep the bathroom door closed when showering so the steam does not set off the fire alarm. This may be difficult for some to deal with when they take hot showers. The staff was very friendly and although the hotel is large, it is easy to navigate. Having convenience stores so close was also super helpful, especially when we had to express check out and jet off to the station for our bullet train!"

HOTEL METROPOLITAN OIMACHI TRACKS TOKYO

10/10 Excellent

"This was by far one of our best hotel stays. The location was optimal and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children and large groups being that the train station is literally an elevator ride away. Not to mention all the food places in the shopping center below the hotel and the convenience stores within the same vicinity."

APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi

10/10 Excellent

"We loved the fact that they helped with a misunderstanding of luggage delivery and it got resolved in less than 1 hour. We loved the access to the public bath and laundry, although very busy , it was a great amenity. The property is located minutes away from Azabudai Hills and it was a perfect location with a wonderful view of the Tokyo Tower. Excellent!"
