“There is no bedroom like in photo, the sofa bed is broken and filthy with a stain. Also another guest's dirty socks on floor underneath it and some trash.There are no slippers. We checked out the next day & they agreed for a refund but we still haven’t received it. ”

“2家族で利用。１階と２階に別れて宿泊。 １階に宿泊。 初日は風が強くシャッターがバタバタとうるさかった。 ２日目と３日目の夜は風も無く静かだった。 部屋は通りに面していて、歩く人の話し声が聞こえるがすぐに静かになる。基本、夜は静かで良かった。 ファミリーマートが徒歩１分。 京急、大森駅が徒歩10分。 もしもレンタカーを借りる予定なら、近くにコインパーキングがある。ただ、一方通行が多く道は狭い。ワンボックスタイプだと慣れていないと気を使う。 全体的に、値段も手頃で私達には立地条件も良かった。 満足出来る旅に成った。”

Property is beautifully maintained with plenty of space and excellent amenities - A/C in each bedroom and the living room (key during a hot Tokyo summer), on-site washer and drying facilities, and fully stocked kitchen with induction cooktop, rice maker and coffee machine. Beds were comfortable and internet reliable. Location was a relatively short walk to two different train stations for easy access to tokyo, shinkansen and haneda airport.
