「overall a good place to stay. The neighbour is very quiet, some restaurants close quite early, but there are several convenient stores around. it's only a 5 minute walk to metro station making this a very convenient location. communication was excellent. I had zero problems checking in and out. The place could be vacuumed more thoroughly though, I feel like it was a little dusty. bathroom has a tub!!! 」

「3泊4日で、昼間も戻って休憩できるような素泊まり先を探していました。まだ新しい感じで、洗濯機・単身者用の冷蔵庫・キッチン・電子レンジ・電気ポットなどがついていて、住んでいる感覚でした。洗剤や食器や調理器具はないので、至近の100円均一で紙コップと紙皿とキッチンペーパーを買いました。コンロと洗濯機を使用する機会はありませんでした。扉のないクローゼットのようなスペースには洗濯用のピンチングハンガーがあったので、使用済みのバスタオルなどを干すことができました。長期滞在に向いていると思います。 滞在者が、高齢だったこともあり、カウンター様のデスクのために置かれていたハイチェアーが使用しにくいと感じました。 それでも、清潔であったことと、駅至近であったこと、お店が近くにたくさんあって薬局・スーパー・100円均一などで必要なものが揃ったことなどから、この次も宿泊するかもしれません。 お世話になりました。」

「We found mold in the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom sank because of the water damage. The place doesn’t get enough air in higher humidities so all of that gets trapped causing damage. Kitchen was dirty and AC was dusty. The door’s lock had worn pins so it was a nightmare to unlock and lock, wasted so much time trying to figure it out.
