I was taken aback by a staff member, who was unusually unfriendly, though I would not say she was rude. APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower
The rooms were very clean and there was a convenience store and cafe in the hotel as well as a spa/pool. The hotel was next to a train station, 7eleven and a few restaurants. Definitely recommend.
