「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. 「Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.」
