"Everything is good but no television in our room"

"Great location, close to convenient stores, helpful staff"

"Great space and great customer service! I had to toss away my suitcase and their response was prompt and professional. Highly recommend."

"Clean, and spacious for a big group"

"The room is a little bit small than I thought. I booked a twin room and expect there are 2 bed separate. However the room is too small so it is only 2 separate mattresses puting together. Besides that, everything is fine. I super love it's rooftop view! Super beautiful for watching Tokyo Skytree (and should be excellent for watching Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival)"

"Friendly, nice and great location"

"Im so glad we booked this place over a hotel in Tokyo! It was so comfortable, inviting, clean and well looked after with excellend amenities. Our family of 5 with 3 young kids absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay here again"

"Fantastic location, everything you need was included. Great set up for a family.. it is one big room where the beds are, so it was great for a family, maybe not for friends or people wanting privacy, but for us, everything was excellent."

"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

"It’s very dirty, I can’t contact the owner. The room is very old"

"The apartment was very clean, spacious, and in a good location near the Honzomon station. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining space to eat some meals at our lodging. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. We received quick responses from our host when we asked questions. The check-in process was easy. We would stay here again."

"The place was spacious, clean, and in a good location with spectacular view from roof. "

"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "

"Conveniently located to public transit. The area was quiet at night. Comfortable and a good value!"

"The room was clean, the amenities are great, it was easy to check in, I will be back"

"Great location!"

"This is not the liveliest part of Tokyo but that suited my wife and I. Proximity to Tokyo Station meant easy access to everywhereElichi and Yukari were excellent, friendly hosts "
