"The neighbourhood is lovely, the Yamanote Line and the Subway are a short walk away, the price is low, and it's very clean. The rooms are very small indeed, check-in is open only until 6pm (you have to call a staff member down via a courtesy phone if you arrive after that), and there are no frills. ..."
