"Property was very clean, room better than the pictures, great view, housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Front desk staff was friendly. Pool for a fee, top floor bar for a fee, neither of which disclosed prior to check in - was the only surprise, and not that big of a deal. Overall a great stay, would stay again."

"Loved my stay at the Granbell. As a solo traveller this was exactly what I needed. It was close to public transportation and easy to get to from Narita by airport bus limousine.
